Cromford Fly Fishers Club
Cromford Fly Fisher’s Club is a long-established club with fishing for Brown Trout and Grayling on the magnificent Derbyshire Derwent. They approached us in need of a reimagined web presence that presents the club to a new generation of prospective members, in addition to a members only area for the sharing of news/updates, documents, monitoring efforts and more.

The Club had two existing sites, one public facing and one for members only. We were tasked with merging both websites into one, which involved consolidating and organising information and content, as well as migrating and updating the membership databases. A members-only section was required to house important club documents, catch logs, news/updates and access to various tools and services that members rely on for information, conservation efforts and organising events. We created a seamless log-in portal for members to give them access to an entire section of the site otherwise hidden to visitors. In order to make the new site more modern and appealing to the next generation of fly fishers, we revisited the club’s look and feel. This involved refreshing the logo badge and creating a website that feels light and flowing, popping with images of the river, landscape and fish that the club was built around.
