Retainers start from £799 per month, and the final investment depends on the agreed channel mix, delivery needs, reporting, content, website work and scale of the opportunity. Paid advertising spend is separate from our management fees. For most clients, the initial alignment, audit and prioritisation work is included within the first month; larger or more complex projects may begin with a separate paid discovery and strategy phase.
Your growth activity is led directly by Tom, our Growth Lead, with support from the wider Wilkes Wood team where website, design, technical or strategic input is needed. The people involved in shaping the strategy remain close to the delivery and reporting, so there is clear accountability throughout the work.
